Otion Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Otion marketplace. By creating an account, listing a business, or contacting a seller, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. ACCEPTANCE
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Otion services and website. By using the site and services, users agree to be bound by these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. ACCESS AND USE
Services are offered for lawful use only. Users must be legally eligible and agree not to misuse the site, interfere with systems, or violate law.
3. ACCESSING THE SITE/SERVICES AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
Otion may amend or withdraw services at its discretion. Users are responsible for accurate registration data, protecting account credentials, and reporting unauthorized access.
4. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in the services remain with Otion. Users may not sublicense, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit service content except as permitted.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All platform materials and service assets are protected by IP laws. Limited, non-commercial use is allowed unless otherwise authorized. User-provided content may be licensed to Otion for service operation.
6. TRADEMARKS
Otion names, logos, and related marks are protected. Use requires prior written permission.
7. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Users must not post unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized content/activity; must not hack, scrape, distribute malware, impersonate others, or bypass technical restrictions.
8. DATA SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
Otion may use third-party providers to deliver services. While reasonable safeguards are used, users acknowledge risks related to third-party systems and data processing.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidential information must be protected and used only for permitted purposes. Disclosure is restricted except where legally required.
10. PRIVACY LAWS / GDPR
Users must comply with applicable privacy laws and consent requirements for lawful data transfer and use.
11. USER-PROVIDED MATERIALS
Users remain responsible for submitted materials. Otion may use such materials as permitted under these terms and may remove content at its discretion.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
External links are for convenience only; Otion is not responsible for third-party sites or content.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Otion disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, subject to stated limits and applicable law.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to defend and indemnify Otion and related parties for claims arising from misuse or breach of terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes are subject to agreed dispute resolution mechanisms including arbitration terms outlined in the source policy.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
Otion is not liable for delays/failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural events, outages, pandemics, etc.).
17. WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver. Invalid provisions are severed and remaining provisions remain effective.
18. ASSIGNMENT AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Users may not assign rights without consent. These terms and privacy policy form the entire agreement for service use.
19. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
